We are now looking for a new Director of F&B.

Skills & Qualifications

We are looking for a strong and experienced leader with a proven track record from larger hotel F&B operations, ideally within the luxury segment. You have a clear understanding of F&B as whole, and you can lead leaders effectively while ensuring operational excellence, consistency, and high guest satisfaction.

You thrive in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders. As Director of F&B, it is important that you can set the direction, introduce new initiatives, and drive measurable results, as well as have the confidence to make tough decisions while remaining empathetic and approachable.

You bring:

• Experience from large-scale hotel F&B operations

• Leadership with natural authority, empathy, and presence

• Business savvy and strong analytical skills to drive performance and results

• Ability to implement structure, systems, and processes across departments to ensure consistency and compliance

• A vision for shaping the department and the ability to make visible, strategic changes that leave a lasting impact

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the F&B leadership team, ensuring alignment and consistency across all departments

• Oversee all F&B outlets, including restaurants, banquet & conference, pool and courtyard bars, room service, and kitchens

• Responisbility for budget and results in F&B with a focus on KPIs

• Ensure compliance with internal policies, labor agreements, and operational standards

• Serve as an active sparring partner in the ExCom group, contributing to strategic decisions for the hotel

• Drive initiatives that enhance guest experience, quality, and revenue
